Understanding the nature of winter purchases and gift-giving, my shop offers a flexible policy built on superior service. Our standard return period is 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we introduce a seasonal exception.

Holiday Return Extension
For any Canadian winter apparel purchased during the seasonal shopping period (e.g., October 15th to December 31st), we offer an extended return window until a specific date in the following season (e.g., January 31st). This extension allows recipients ample time to return or exchange gifts, ensuring their total satisfaction with the quality and fashion of their new outerwear.

Final Sale Conditions
To maintain the high quality and exclusivity of our collections, certain items are designated as final sale:

Discounted items marked at 50% off or greater.

Personalized or monogrammed items.

Apparel sold as “Factory Seconds” or “Pre-loved” through our circular programs.

These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This condition is clearly marked on the product page and receipt.

Exchange Process and Shipping
We do not offer a direct exchange by mail. To guarantee you receive the correct item promptly, you must return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the desired replacement. This is the fastest way to ensure your new high-performance material coat is reserved. For domestic customers, we provide a free pre-paid label for the initial return, but the cost of the new, second order’s shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Timeline and Communication
Once your return arrives, we aim to complete the quality inspection and refund processing within 14 business days. We value clear customer service communication and will send an email confirmation once the refund has been successfully initiated.
